THE PROOF

What we’ve run
so far.

Eleven reads, published in full. Every figure states its base, every claim names the evidence behind it, and the findings that did not survive screening are reported as well. Brand names withheld. Methodology, identical across every engagement.

Eleven category reads, start to finish.

Each one is the whole argument, not a highlight — the question, the evidence, the three findings that moved the decision, and the provenance line that tells you exactly what the numbers can and cannot carry.

The engagements behind them.

Six live programmes across four markets. Brand names withheld — the method is what travels between them.

What the people who brief us say.

We came in with a single digital landscaping brief and within a few months had them working across more than ten categories spanning men’s and women’s personal care. The analysis was sharp enough that we extended the same scope into a second country before the first phase had even closed. Different divisions of our group have since briefed them independently — they’ve effectively become an extension of our consumer insights bench.

What separates them from other research partners we’ve worked with is the analytical scaffolding — demand indices, spread, engagement signals, applied consistently so we can compare categories on the same yardstick, instead of stitching together ten unrelated studies. It’s what turned their landscaping report from an interesting read into something we could actually use in planning conversations with leadership.

Adult diapers, period care, premium ultra pads — complex, sensitive categories — were handled with the same rigour, and the insights fed directly into our NPD pipeline. The fact that we keep coming back with new briefs says everything.

Most agencies hand us volume data and call it social listening. They go further, clustering verbatims into problem-solution frames, mapping search triggers to underlying motivations, and explaining why a conversation is shaped the way it is. That interpretive layer is the difference between a deck we file away and a deck we walk leadership through.

Your category, read the same way.

A finished question, a half-formed idea, or just a category you want to understand. We’ll take it from there.
