Urchin Intelligence (“Urchin”, “we”, “us”) is a consumer-intelligence service operated from Bangalore, India. Our operating entity is identified in the Data controller section at the end of this policy.

What we collect

When you submit a brief on urchiniq.com we collect the information you provide (name, work email, company, role, category, market, and the brief itself), together with basic request metadata — the page you submitted from, UTM parameters if present, a hashed version of your IP address, and your user-agent. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to understand which marketing channels are working.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your brief with a scoped intelligence plan
• Communicate with you about your engagement
• Maintain our internal lead and client records
• Improve our website and intelligence products
