About these terms
These terms govern your use of urchiniq.com and any intelligence engagement you commission from Urchin Intelligence. Our operating entity is identified in the Legal entity section at the end of these terms.
Engagement terms
Specific commercial terms for any intelligence engagement — scope, timeline, fees, deliverables, confidentiality — are set out in a separate engagement letter or Statement of Work executed between you and our operating entity. The terms on this page do not, by themselves, create a binding commercial engagement.
Intellectual property
The Urchin platform, methodology, 7-stage pipeline, and related IP are owned by our operating entity. Deliverables produced for you as part of a paid engagement are licensed to you per the terms of that engagement.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for website users who are not clients, is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
